- How are the spices packaged?
- Every blend is pre-packaged dry in a sealed jar with a full ingredient line, allergen list, heat grading, shelf life and storage guidance printed on the product page. Nothing is fresh or perishable.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes. We pack in Glasgow and ship worldwide with tracked carriers. Delivery times and any local food-import or customs rules vary by country — buyers are responsible for checking their local rules. See our shipping & customs policy.
- How do you handle allergens?
- Each product page lists declared allergens and a 'may contain' cross-contamination note. If you have a severe allergy, please read these carefully before ordering; allergy and consumption risk rests with the customer.
- Can I return a kit?
- Because these are food products, unopened items can be returned for hygiene reasons; opened items generally cannot, except where an item arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive. Full details are in our refund & returns policy.
- What is the Spice Club?
- A monthly subscription. Paid tiers ship a curated box each month with member pricing. It is a pure subscription with no credits or stored balance, and boxes do not roll over. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime.
- Do you make any health claims?
- No. We describe flavour, cuisine and usage only. We make no health, medical or dietary-benefit claims, and we do not sell alcohol, tobacco, supplements or regulated goods.
- Which currency do you charge in?
- All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). Payment is completed securely on Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
