2. Prohibited activity

• Reselling our products while misrepresenting them as another brand, or repackaging them without disclosure.
• Abusing member pricing, promotions or the Spice Club by creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
• Using the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or import products where prohibited by local rules.
• Attempting to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or other users' data.
• Submitting false information through our forms or checkout.

3. Member benefits

Spice Club pricing and benefits are for the account holder. They have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold or combined in ways not offered by us.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or close accounts, cancel orders or subscriptions, and refuse service where this policy is breached. Serious misuse may be reported to the authorities.
